Enter A Boat & Crew
At the Cardboard Boat Regatta, teams are challenged to design, build and navigate boats made entirely of corrugated cardboard. The good news is, these boats can be built by anyone -- from a group of eight-year-olds to a group of professionals. If needed, we'll provide you with a boat building class, a video, written instructions and diagrams on how to build various boats, as well as where to get the materials. Let's get started.

Who Can Participate
• Entrants must be 8 and older: age groups will race in appropriate divisions
• Registration Forms must be received by June 1, 2008

Spectators Welcome
Family members, friends and co-workers are encouraged to attend and cheer on their teams. Children 2 & under are free. Everyone else is only $3 per person. Enjoy fun in the sun, great food and drinks, and exciting races.

Wacky Awards
Teams will have an educational and fun time building their boats, and when the cardboard hits the water they can also work together to bring home trophies for various achievements ranging from speed and spirit to the most spectacular sinking. Our trophies include:

Legacy Award: Best of Show
Admiral's Pride: Outstanding entries in each class
Rah Rah! Award: Most spirited team
Fastest Finish Award: Winner in each division of both classes
People Choice Award: Spectators vote for their favorite boat and crew
Titanic Award: Boat that sinks in the most spectacular fashion
Judge's Award: To guarantee an award, $imply chat with the judge$.
Bribe$ are gladly accepted and benefit the Seatack community.
